However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly by offering a suitable replacement or store credit.


Returns Policy

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our macaroons, we do not accept physical returns once the product has been delivered. All sales are final.

If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please provide proof of the issue (such as images of the damaged items or packaging) within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
